I have a Del Ealy line knife in 0-1 carbon. Handle is curly mango with bog oak bolster. I traded for this knife last summer and sadly it now sits unused . I used it for a week or two to slice heirloom tomatoes during service(which it does quite well) but due to an unexpected promotion I stopped working the line and subsequently stopped using this knife. So it needs a new home, somewhere it will be used and appreciated. It was sharpened once or twice and I thinned it a bit behind the edge.
Asking: $250 shipped to continental U.S.
Also up for trades, looking for anything carbon. A 240 guyto or 300 suiji. Or anything else....
