SOLD /WTT Mazaki KU 240mm Gyuto (before The Pizza Age)

Hello Gents:

I would like to sell my 240mm Mazaki KU gyuto in Shiro #2. One of the legendary not triangle garbage ones.

I did my best to remove patina, but as you can see by the shape of my polishing stone it was rather difficult to get a smooth polish. As such I will include an ohira uchigumori fingerstone.

I really enjoy this knife, but I would like to try a Toyama (either nakiri or gyuto). For that reason, I'd entertain trades for Toyamas, with cash on my end depending on the knife of course.

Asking $315 shipped, given these profiles aren't made anymore + rising Mazaki prices

It's 54mm from the top of the spine to the edge and 7mm out of the handle.

Best gen of Mazaki overall in my opinion. It’ll be a helluva knife that knocks my 270 version out of the rotation.
