I thought you guys wanted to see, you dont see Yoshis single beveled so often.

Custom ordered blade for left hander fitted with handle for right hander... Looks terrible:no:

Blade however looks very interesting

That's a beautiful knife. I don't know much about Yoshikane. Well to be honest - only what I've seen on your site and Epicurean Edge. Obviously the lefty aspect is custom...but you mentioned they don't make single bevel much? What is the brand more known for?

No they make plany single beveled, we just dont see them often here on KKF.
Steel and heat tread on these is very good also i like when scratch patterns is parellel like on Shigs.
Ura also finished parellel scratches.

only aesthetic, but also i think it will be easer to maintain if you got some rust on ura side
