Yoshikazu Tananka 240mm Kurouchi Extra Tall W/2 Gyuto NIB. Hard to find. The grind and taper outstanding. Crazy thin behind the edge. This is one of Yoshikazu 's better grinds. Very generous and even. These knives have a great feel in the hand nimble very kinetic. The handle was extra Jobone Ebony Cocobolo .The fulcrum /balance point about 5mm forward the heel. The knife has a very medium attitude. I am including the 10.5x3.75 Kangaroo Tail Oak base strop with the knife. I usually get $38.00 for these. Just a little nicely.
I have about $525.00 in the knive. Plus the strop.
