Purchased the Zensho Yoshikane SKD Kasumi Gyuto 210 mm in 2013 from Maxim and handle by Mike Henry. Used, never sharpened.

Edge Length - 214 mm
Height at heel - 39 mm
Weight - 191 g

It has the Wakui migaki and kanji chiseled vibe all over it and with a fancy handle! For sure very very rare! Now I want one!

I think they were available at JNS a few years back... like one batch, long gone. Not sure if it was an exclusive line to JNS or available through other retailers... anyway quite rare.

Maxim wanted to stop carrying Yoshi a few (10?) years ago and offered up his remaining stock of the Zensho series at a considerable discount. Three of us bought knives and had them all shipped to Mike Henry for rehandles - IIRC Mike was one of the three, myself and Don. Mine is the nicest looking of course but all of them turned out excellent.

I'm not aware of any more in the wild but I'm sure there must be a few.
