1 knife April

This is @Jville's idea, but, I'm running with it.

Simple rule:

1. Use 1 singular knife (except for very specialized use cases, I suppose ) for the month of April.

I'll be using my @HSC /// Knives Gyuto in Z-wear.

Too easy, since I only have a couple of nice knives. For the last 2 years I have only used my Kono FM B2 210, dang thing does everything I want, from fine garlic prep to cutting steaks out of a roast.

Awesome man! Glad you got this going. I thought it would be a great idea and be interesting. It didn’t get as much love when I suggested it as I thought it would, so I kind of got quiet about it.

I thought so also. I generally use 1, maybe 2 knives at work or at home. Want to see if I can use literally 1 knife for the whole month.

I really should use this thing more lol. Cuts like a dream but it does make me cry when I get patina on it, I've cleaned her up a few times.

This used to be my modus operandi a few years ago. Really a good idea as you learn a lot about the knife you use exclusively for a month. Then I somehow lost my mind and started buying more knives, so what ended up happening was that some knives didn't get used for years.... Then I felt like well since I haven't used it this long might as well sell it. Of course the issue is buying too many knives, but I don't know how to fix that

Anyway, I'll try to use my new Devin exclusively for a month
