Like the title says, I have a 240mm b2 kasumi Tetsujin k-tip gyuto, 214grams, 50mm heel height. I'm looking for $375 for it. Buyer pays shipping.
This was used in my home kitchen for several months. Was one of my first "favorite" knives but worked it's way out of rotation as I was trying new things and has ended up sitting unused, and that's no life for a tool. Has been sharpened a couple of times, has some normal light scratches and there were two spots of rust I took care of on the iron finish which shows up as a light spot in the kasumi, but is in perfectly usable and good condition. Also small spot/scratch on the buffalo horn ferrule. I consider these small cosmetic issues, but if you feel the price is off due to these feel free to make me an offer. If your not looking for a drawer queen and want to use this as an everyday knife, this knife is for you.
