Im in the middle of some stuff but wanted to get the listing posted. I will get better pictures tomorrow. My cat was just killed right as I was finishing this so i had to stop what i was doing to bury her. By the time that was done the sun wasnt out anymore. Sorry for oversharing.

But the basic specs are just under 250mm long cutting edge, about 57-58mm tall at the heel.

I will get more exact and extensive measurements later.

Im posting this here before i post on instagram or anything because i think people here will be pleasantly surprised by the steel

67 (66.8 was the average) hrc cpm 4v. Sharpens very well.

Anyway ill ad more later

Oh bronze and vintage micarta handle.

Sorry to hear the news, this is a great looking knife that shouldn’t have any problem selling
Thanks.

Yeah, i went ahead and made sure it was taller than the others ive done lately.

Pretty happy with that. It has some more heft because i was able to leave some thickness at the hira near the heel before the taper, and it cuts really well. Had a good time testing this one out.

So sorry for your loss.

Ok measurements.

Spine

At the handle: 3.23mm
Above the heel: 3.22mm
Half way to the tip: 2.18mm
10mm behind the tip: 0.7mm

Directly behind the edge, im getting around .05-.07mm. Or if i do thousandths I'm getting .3-.4 which is pretty standard for what I get grinding to zero, then putting a secondary bevel.

Actually measuring the height at the heel with calipers. Its 59mm not 57

If you want any other measurements lmk.

Sorry about your cat, sounds like he was a good companion.
That looks like a well executed knife; great steel, HT, profile, and lovely bronze/micarta handle.
