Yep. Looking to let go of one of the big ones finally. If you know... you know.

Hate to say it but I just rarely ever use a gyuto anymore. And it seems silly to have a knife this nice just hanging out, only to see the light of day once a month or so.

That being said, I’m not looking to sell fast. And these are damn hard to come by. Offers are welcome and appreciated.

So, 250mm ‘Chefs Knife’ in 52100, Desert Ironwood handle, custom leather sheath. Has a good amount of patina, sharpened maybe once or twice on Jon’s Diamond stones. Sheath has some minor wear.
