Ashi hamono yo-deba. Swedish steel. 242*52mm. 5mm spine at the heel and not much taper until the curve of the tip. Extremely convex grind. Used once. I don't process fish so this was a novelty buy as the style from Ashi is very rare.

Handle is their coke bottle ebony that just feels so good. Identical to my honyaki.
