Description
Up for sale is a special one - a carbon steel gyuto with a flatter profile than normal from Dan; both of which are rare. Also, this gyuto is a bit heftier than his other gyutos according to Dan. The handle is made from white paper Micarta/maroon G10/ curly Acacia wood and is absolutely spectacular. Considering Dan won’t be selling anymore knives through his newsletter for the next couple months and the price of latest offerings, I’m already regretting this sale. Just looking to get back what I spent.
