I second bull nose butcher knife. It could be Green River Works or Dexter Russell or Briddell or any of a number of other producers. I would guess its fairly old based on the rivet style.
 
My dad has one that looks nearly identical to that one but I don't know the brand. It was bought by my grandfather in the 50's.
 
Crap, you guys are right. I had visions of the bull-nosed knives Butch made last year in my head, but screwed up and wrote breaking knife. Sorry about that!
 
Its almost the perfect profile for a steak knife, just needs little more concavity behind the bull nose and less up-curve more drop-nose at tip.
