Hi guys, this one is available. Differentially hardened Sheffcut steel at 62HRC. Convex bevels at 600 grit. Rounded & polished spine and choil. Walnut, blackwood & G10 handle. Walnut & G10 saya.

My nakiri from Michael has very similar dimensions but this is still very tempting.
The price is just too damn good for a differentialy hardened blade in sheffcut with saya! Looks like a mighty fun chopper.
