Chef's Knife + Scabbard （新国/XinGuo）

Blade material: Björkmans Twist™ 3.2mm thickness.

Handle material: sus304+stabilized wood (hard maple from northern China).

Scabbard: the same piece of wood as/with the handle.

Blade thickness: 0.18mm, general purpose.

Welcome to the forums Simon. That is some excellent work. The design is very reminiscent of Bob Kramer knives.

It is made after the appearance of Kramer. The tip shape has been changed to be more like French chef's knife.
