Refurbishing a Misono carbon for a co-worker. The blade had quite a pit of corrosion /some deep pitting so my original plan to mirror polish is now shelved. Going with a 400/600 grit finish and thinking of etching. Does this carbon look decent with an etch/polish ? If so FeCl or coffee? Co-worker is an ex chef that uses Globals exclusively so also thinking the etch may decrease risk of corrosion. Thanks!
