My name is Antonio and I love cooking, and I love cooking tools.

Recently, I've decided to take the plunge and get myself a really nice knife or two. My trusty Victorinox's have been great for the past decade or so, but there comes a time in a man's life when he asks himself, "Is this all there is?" And so I've been reading about (and obsessing over) higher quality knives for the past month or two, just itching to take the plunge on something I will use and cherish forever.
