Hi everyone, I'm joining because I want to learn more about knives and also to avail of the marketplace here. I'm a radiologist but love to cook as well. I like the aesthetic of the Japanese knives. Currently have only two knives, a Masamoto carbon steel gyotu and a Tojiharu cleaver, but hope to add to these.
 
I lived in Readfield a few years ago. Looks like you have a few flurries coming this week. My first winter there, the guy who plowed my drive told me that anything less than 5 inches was not a “plowable event”. I paid him seventeen times that year!
