Hey there everyone!
My name is Salvatore Moretto but I go by "Sal'" :)
I run my own small custom knife and sword shop called Koala Forge ( formerly Jizamurai Customs from when I mainly mounted/repaired Japanese swords and nihonto)

New to the forums, but have been a collector of knives and swords for many years.

I learned to customize Japanese swords, then tought maysefl how to make them :) Currently working on my kitchen knives trying to improve my quality with each one.
I'll hopefully be posting many of my blades on here in the future as I move forward :)

Most of my stuff up till now has been on commision basis so there has never been much need for true window shop since uuuusually by the time theyre done theyre out the door lol

Kool Beanz is one of our gems. Gourmet without any pretense and a rotating menu with a few staples, also great amount of food for the money. Lucilla and Savour are also excellent but more on the date night/finer side of things.

Birds Aphrodisiac Oyster Shack is your wonderful funky dive place to go for oysters, cheap beer, and the best grouper sandwich in town. Also great burgers but grouper > burger all day
