Hi everyone,
I am new here. I discovered this forum via reddit.
I am very new to the knife world and am starting to realize how deep this rabbit hole goes. I am very keen to learn.
Since last year, I am sharpening a Tojiro DP using whetstone. It took me a while but now I think I got the hang of it. I am considering buying my own first chef's knife (the tojiro is the one of my gf).
