I have some older heavy western style and a Victorinox I use 99% of the time

Ah, the old Victorinox! I have one over 30 years old in my camping truck that I use all the time. I justified adding SOLD - Prendergast 200mm Gyuto (EU)
to my camping rig by telling myself I had gone so long without losing or breaking the Victorinox, I could add something nice.
