Haha, I saw and used this in person at the fair this year. Not recommended for hard or big products. But uhh, pretty good for doing lots of scallions(for someone with limited control)???
Every time I see something like this I'm reminded of compilations like this one:it has a razor sharp stainless steel blade!

Actually, before some bright spark thought of using them in the kitchen, they were known as fringe scissors in craft circles. They'd make very good shredders, albeit slower.(The multi-layered scissor does however have the legitimate use of shredding sensitive documents when you can't afford an electric shredder).
