Looking to check out the buy, sell, trade section.
On the hunt for a new knife! I currently have a Misono UX 10, and am looking to upgrade to a 240mm Gyuto of some kind. ATM looking at a Konosuke HD2 as there is a local store stocking them.
Was about to pounce on a Saji R2 Diamond Custom gyuto 215mm...missed the auction. Was also slightly too short for what I was after.
Looking forward to trawling through more forums!
