Hello, I'm going to sell my Kaeru Slicer, bought from JNS. It's a very versatile knife, can be used for trimming meat, filleting fish or slicing proteins (great for thin prosciutto slices as well). The steel is mono high speed stainless, which frankly I don't know how it sharpens since I never sharpened this knife. Actually, I used this knife only once for filleting mackereles. I'm selling this because I have too many knives and I would like it to be in the hands of someone who might use it more.
The list price in JNS is 217€, but I'm selling it at 140€, since it's not brand new (it looks like tho). The knife comes with the original leather saya.

May i ask if it is ground on both sides or is it a right hand grind? I'm hopelessly left handed, so even (R/L) grinds are pretty essential for me.

It Is ground on both sides. The only thing is that it has a D-shaped handle.
