Metal Monkey Cleaver: 165 x 85mm, 287g

52100 blade with a handle made from a forging hammer cutoff. Really awesome piece from Tobi, great weight and great cutter. Used one time, not sharpened or stropped.



Christian Dam: 205 x 51,145g

Spicy white with clean wrought iron cladding, Swedish birch handle, 145g. This one is brand new, I bought it from Christian a while ago but find myself well covered in smaller knives. Super thin and light with a gorgeous handle and a really nicely done polish.



Yanick Gyuto: 252 x 61, 225g

Absolute heartbreak of a catch and release. Got it from the last MC drop, brand new never used. Its perfect in every way, I have just overspent and can't afford to keep it.
