Knives in China?

Hey people,

I am going to China for 1.5 month and I was wondering if there was an interesting knife culture there beyond their legendary cleaver? (Already have one)
I'll land in Shanghai but will quickly go to Xi'an, Sichuan, maybe Yunnan, etc.

That's it, simple thread. Y/N? Anything to check out?

There is an interesting cutlery shop in Chengdu but again mostly cleavers and few butcher types. Sorry, I don't remember that address. Every wet market will have somebody's knives. I think that is probably true all over China.
