Hi, guys!
Would like to sell my Konosuke HD2 Gyuto and Petty.
Both knives are well known, so decided to spare you guys the measurements (but I can submit them, if someone is interested).
The special thing with those knives are the handles, which you can't get often, I know Tosho Knife Arts has them from time to time, but that's it, as far as I know (without guarantee of course, take it with a grain of salt).
Knives are both lightly used, sharpend maybe 4 or 5 times with Naniwa Professional 5k on a guided sharping system (Bogdan), so they are in very good conditions, edge is by far cleaner than new.
Knives are located in Austria, therefore would prefer keeping them in europe, but have no problem with shipping overseas.
Would like to get 430€ - 415€ - NEW: 405€ SOLD for the Gyuto and 280€ - 265€ - NEW: 255€ for the Petty (fully insured shippment within the EU included, overseas we can talk)
I'm aware of the prices Tosho is charging, but for us in Europe you can add easily 30% custom fees and taxes witch make these knives rather expensive in the EU.
See the pics for current conditions (last pic is overexposed, but you can see the beautiful handle).
If there are any questions, just let me know.
Best, Mack.
