Watanabe Pro 180mm Blue 2 nakiri, the only nakiri I ever needed. Now that I have some better gyuto and am skewing towards cleavers I don’t need any. Lightly used for a few batches of pickles and stuff; an early attempt at a kasumi polish with synthetic stones which came out kind of meh. cuts like a MF just like they say. $175
Masamoto KS hongasumi White 2 Kama usuba, 180mm. Tried to teach myself katsuramuki and learn to work with single bevels, but now it hangs on the wall while I use cleavers for veg and yanagi for single bevel stuff. Had my single bevel learning curve on this one but with Jon’s help I got the shinogi straight and the edge flat and managed not to eff up the ura. There is an upswept bit for the last 7mm or so of the tip as shown in the closeups, so I’m letting it go cheap. $200
Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan 150mm Blue 2 single bevel petty. It was a neat thing to have around but I use either a regular petty or a longer yanagi for all the stuff I used to use this for. Left the patina on as I think it came out pretty. Has a basic ho wood saya but I can’t attach any more pictures; pin is gone but it’s a good friction fit. $100
