Here's a old santoku blade from Moritaka that I've bought in a set of vintage knives
I wanted to know if someone could tell me something about it ? Steel, when it could have been forged ?

I'm no expert, but that looks like the B2 to me.

ETA: not completely sure but pretty sure. Look at CKC for examples with B2 and others for the AS versions
