Hi Everyone!

Doing some spring cleaning for the start of 2023 and continued funding of my other project, prices below include Paypal fees + Standard International Shipping (Tracked) via Singpost

All knives below are BNIB and unused, and comes with just the original paper box (aside from the Shigefusa x Kiya 210mm Yanagi which has Kiri Box)

Thanks for looking!

1. Shigefusa x Kiya Kitaeji 210mm Yanagi with Kiri Box ($1350 USD)
-
Purchased this from the Kiya store in Tokyo and never found the chance to use it
- AFAIK 210mm is a pretty rare length for a Yanagi so this might appeal more to collectors

Blade height at heel: 28mm
Heel to tip: 205mm
Handle to tip: 348mm
Weight of knife: 102g

2. Shigefusa Kitaeji 210mm Usuba ($1350 USD SOLD)
- Probably the most beautiful knife I've owned at this stage
- I have currently in my rotation a Shigefusa Kurouchi Nakiri to meet existing veggie needs hence the sale :)

Blade height at heel: 49mm
Heel to tip: 187mm
Handle to tip: 358mm
Weight of knife: 242g

Forgive if I should know this, but what steel do they use for these?

Hi Enrico, please don't apologise. Shigefusa uses a type of Swedish carbon steel known as 'Spicy Swedish' based on their own recipe. I don't think there's much additional info out there but it's not clearly defined into White/Blue #1 or #2 as is typically done so.

Hope this helps!
