Shigehiro 270mm gyuto, actual 257mm long and 48mm tall. I just don’t need a knife this big; I tend to use the Togashi 240 instead. The height on this one sounds short but whereas the 240 did feel almost sujihiki narrow, the 270 did not; I was surprised the measurement came out under 51, maybe the big handle has something to do with that. Had it almost a year but haven’t really used it too much. $350 shipped
