Maybe?!

I am happy to see a company putting effort into the gag. I used to check Think Geek every April 1st because they went all out on it.

GritOMatic is playing too. :)

Cool natural manganese combo coti at Griffith.
Manganese migrates into the BB side too, pretty rare.

Very gorgeous. Not surprised it went so quickly!

Though ime - Manganese (Pyrolusite) inclusions in BBW aren’t uncommon at all. In fact if the yellow coticule side of a natural combi has them, then you’ll almost certainly get them in the blue layer too.

Here’s a natural combi with Manganese ‘dendrites’ in the yellow. You can see how the same inclusions go down into the BBW; a kinda iridescent blue-black colour in comparison to the purple of the BBW, and spots of it on the bottom too:

And a different stone where the ‘top’ surface is right at the intersection of Coticule and BBW layers, with a huge amount of Pyrolusite thrown in. Looking at the sides you can also see the layer of it very clearly:

Well if you recognise it from ebay, then I certainly do have an imposter. Cos I’ve never sold anything on ebay…
haha well I can see now that you are NOT robcooper off of ebay! But he definitely has an "emulator" who takes all the pics of stones held against the background of a similar looking patio.

Your thumb is special though, or maybe mine is!
