Tasmanian Tigers you don't know what you've got till it's gone. Wolves in lower 48. Magnificent tigers pictures on everything in Asian culture rare in the wild. When wolves were put back in Yellowstone the ecology of region improved. We understand now the importance of Keystone animals.

Appalach oysters used to be that big, Indian Pass even bigger, but that was 45 years ago.

My wife hates oysters but my FIL always buys them when we have small gatherings and I’ve learned to love them.
No idea the type but a little lemon juice, and some hot sauce and they’re great.

If you were buying oysters online, where would you get them? The store bought ones make me nervous since you realllly don’t know how they’ve been handled

Boonedocks are great. I order them to a coworker in South Dakota with no issue.

If you want more west coast style oysters, I've always had great experiences with Taylor Shellfish. I like that they offer a couple different species. Kumamotos are delicious

Good call with Taylor shellfish, just placed an order for 150 oysters. 30 of 5 different types for the wife’s graduation party (what’s $300 after a masters degree 😅).
