8” Kramer Carbon by Zwilling

Original owner, very lightly used, sharpened by myself on a fixed angle sharpener.

The knife has a little bit of patina which I could remove. The brass handle rivets were sanded flat with the handle and the handle was treated with tung oil. After purchase, I noticed a small scratch that appears to be caused by a hardness tester during manufacturing. All original packaging.

Kramer knives were the reason why I got into knives. Unfortunately, the drawer is full and a closet is getting filled. Reluctantly, I am letting this one go.

I sanded it, very carefully not to touch the wood. The handle has the original wood contour.

I should say that I sent a couple of Kramer originals back to his shop for a tune up and as a courtesy the team helped me with a Zwilling as well.
