Selling my atlas pepper mill. Used for like half a year or so. Cool kitchen conversation starter. I am going to upgrade to a unicorn magnum though. I Paid $60 plus ship. Would like to get $30 plus ship.

These are really nice and that's an excellent price. FWIW, I like having both an Atlas and a Magnum. My wife says the Atlas is her favorite, but they're both great. I tend to leave my Magnum on a coarser grind and the Atlas on a finer grind so I can just reach for the pepper grind I want without having to adjust the burrs. GLWS!

I went through a ton of pepper grinders and pretty much hated them all until I found the Atlas. The Magnum is not one I know. When you are making something like Chinese hot and sour soup, which calls for a big pile of ground pepper, the Atlas is the only one I liked. I liked it so much I got a smaller one, for white pepper.

Now I can’t be without it, partly because one chili dish I make requires 30 grinds of pepper from the Atlas, and I don’t much feel like measuring how much that is. Why should I? I’ll always have an Atlas. Quite possibly this same one, as it shows no signs of tiring.

What a steal! I have three, one in each metal they come in so I know which one has the black, white or red pepper. These will outlive you.

red peppers as many call them are not peppers at all they come from a tree named Schinuz molle. These trees are called California pepper tree and they’re like weeds here in California and they taste like crap if they’re eaten alone.
