I've seen Kagekiyo and Tetsujin ginsan gyutos go for $300 or less on BST recently, both are Myojin ground, nice dimensions, and should be serious performers. Would also second @Knot Handcrafted and also throw in the Skye Eilers production gyuto as a nice option if you don't mind a synthetic handle.

Kurotori makes some solid stuff in Ginsan. You can order through a proxy service or Michael at KJ can help.
They do custom stuff as well and I've seen them make a couple of ginsan cleavers in the past
