Y’all are all making knife comparisons, probably because this is miscategorized in “BST knife only”. This is really more like a stone, or even better, a rust eraser. We should be talking about the tactile feedback, the speed, the rate at which it degrades/dishes, etc... I’ve tried that brand and I’d say it’s definitely creamy feeling.
