i love to cook Risotto (we have hundreds of them in Italy, BBQ, many kind of pasta, fish and also some Indian food like Byriani, Chicken Tikka Masala, Dhal...
I’m definitely not a master chef but I like to try variations and new dishes.
So far I have only commercial knives: three Global (boning, vegetables and fillet, probably the best one). A couple of Kai (deba and yanagiba). A couple of Zwilling (chef and chinese cleaver) and a few others. Probably like many other passionate, I own much more than I really need.
The most recent purchase, I’m still waiting for, is a Moritaka Gyuto 21 cm. looking forward to receive it.
