Hamon looks like Tatsuo Ikeda, but it is not signed not even in the tang, hence the price.

Isn't that a dentokougeshi mark on the tang? Does it have a number inside of it that you can make out?

Correct but there's no number assigned to it.

Sorry I have no idea.
It should be either White#2 or White#1. My heart says White#1.
Anyone welcome to chime in with more info.
