Hey guys i would like to sell this JNS Mazaki Gyuto 240mm Charcoal Quenched Hon San Mai white 2.
This one is really special because of the extra kanji on the backside. Asked Maksim from Japanese Natural Stones about it, and he said this knife was made together with Kiyoshi Kato, when Mazaki was learning different things from him. It is also very thick out the handle, with a 7,7mm spine, and tapers down very aggressively.
I have thinned it down, so it cuts really amazing now. Gave it a quick sandpaper finish after thinning, so its not perfect in the finish. But if you wanna put in some work, it can be easily done.
The handle is made out of Tamamoku Cedar and black buffalo horn.
