Yes. Just need Google's Lens app.

Thank you all. So this is Sakai Hokushin honyaki blue 2 by Yoshikazu Ikeda and sharpener Shotaro Nomura.
Thanks @M1k3 solving firs part. I Installed Google's Lens app and hopefully can do next translations myself.
Thanks @1dog for pointing this out. Now I can indentify Nomura-san's kanji and mizu honyaki and shirogami steel grades.
This is my first honyaki. I was wavering between Mizuno Tanrenjo honyaki blue 2 and this knife. Just wanted to confirm as I purchased this from private seller.
