If I wasn't on my drive to have every knife if my collection be a "custom" direct from maker, I'd own that nakiri already. Sweet specs on it in a great size.

This is pretty hot. I wonder if they'll release a version down the line that doesn't have the stainless weld though. (I remember there was a reason behind why they opted to do so but don't recall.)

What do y'all think about the pricing for that Fuji? W1 225mm for $450. I have no idea what other stores sell them for, but I've always found cktg has fair pricing. Is that a good price?

There’s a Kono thread on the CKTG forum which I was still signed up to notifications for - seems like it was a ‘batch’

Prices have gone up. I paid less than that for a 240 a few years ago. Compared to BST pricing still an OK deal.
Forgot I had this... Came across it while digging out some small wares in the attic, so I cleaned up and touched up the edge.
I'm not sure where it came from, but it's definitely old, lol. For sure some kind of carbon steel.. was a tad rusty but cleaned up well.
Maybe someone here has an idea of who made this skinning knife. I found a few others just like it online, but they all had different names stamped on the handle. Perhaps it was a promotion of some sort, where different businesses stamped their names on the handles???

They’re nice knives. Take away the hype and I think that is what they should be selling for. At or under $500, maybe $600 if it’s B1. Just my 2¢
