HI Boys and Girls,
I love the For Sale section of the site. But can someone tell me what this is all about?
Far too often I see something to the effect of:
"This is a really great deal, Someone buy this!"
More times than not the above statement is just not correct for the item being sold.
So for the uninitiated, they are receiving bad advice, why?
This happens so often and it makes me wonder if it is the equivalent of shill-bidding, maybe trying to butter up the seller for god knows what reason, bored and just want to build up their post count, or what?
Wouldn't it be nice if posts like this were made only when they were in fact true? Then the uninitiated could actually score a deal as apposed to getting crap advice.
Of course there is no easy way to police it and I'm not suggesting it.
I would just like to know why this odd practice takes place.
