my name is Sebastian, i am a pro chef, living in the south of germany, known as bavaria, 35 years old, about 17 years in the business so far.
I do blacksmithing by my self, so i can make my own knives, and love high quality kitchen cutlery. I use mainly customs and selfmades in work, but also like japanese knives for homecockin.
My second hobby is sharpening, i own a lot of high quality naturals from all over the world (Belgium , Japan, Germany, England, Greece etc.)
