Used in pro setting. Cut a lot of tuna and wagyu with this. Never through tough skin or anything aggressive, mainly meat. Edge has just been touched up on fine grit as needed. Hasn’t seen coarse grit sharpening. Final video tried show some scratches due to a surface rust spot that form.

I paid $850 back in April direct. $475 shipped and insured USA.
