Ryusen tanganryu 240mm with a polished maple handle. Condition is very good but due to scuffs from low angle sharpening I am asking $415 for this knife. It is an extremely comfortable knife that has performed well and has maintained consistently high performance with a superb f&f. Originally purchased from Strata Portland. It has been sharpened about three times.
Condition is good with some slight scuffs on one side.
