I’ve got one of Raquin’s Meat Killers .... Dudes if you’re serious about BBQ this knife is a “must have”! It laughs at a monster brisket and snickers at a bone in, skin on, pork shoulder. A rack of prime rib bones is child’s play as is a full sized bone on prime rib on the rotisserie. Now then again if you’re the sort who buys their pulled pork at the deli counter, or figures a 1/2” thick round steak is good bbq eats you can pass this one by. I bought my meat killer about a year ago on BST. This is the first one I’ve seen on BST since then.

Oh yeah the Raquin Meat Killer is a “must have” for the zombie apocalypse too!

I have Bryan’s brisket killer which looks more like a scimitar but is highly effective. Have two of Bryan’s knives which will never be leaving my kitchen. Strongly recommend this one for those who are meat lover zombies.
