A lot of knife for the money. I have a couple Nashijis and they sharpen up really nicely and are great cutters. I was once sharpening a series of knives, not really noticing what they were, and when I put a Nashiji to the stone, I thought "wait, what is this? It feels like a real class act of a steel."
