I’m just having fun out there. What I currently have is enough, but why stop there?How big is your cutting-board, and what are you looking to cut with the knife? Pretty sure there'll be quite a difference in a 155mm and a 250mm!
I’m gonna go 250x115, with a more cleaverish tip. I “grew up” on Moritaka, so dead flat is comfy.I think you know the answer. Only one of the options includes rawdog handle. Did you ask Michael to make sure the okubo comes in a larger size for you?
