I freaking love this knife! I won't have a knife I won't use, but admittedly, I've been sparing with this one as I haven't wanted to use it to the point of thinning. I know that will take a long time even with daily use, but... Well, it's a treasure. Not only does it look good but it performs. The tip is surgical and the overall package is fantastic.

Any time I get a saggy diaper that leaks about knives I want but can't have, I just grab Pyro D. Boomstick and it all fades away.

Just with pepper, salt and 4 table spoon mustard.

Pulled out my kasumi finish Hitohira Tanaka Kyuzo Aogami 240 Gyuto. I didn’t love the sandblasted finish originally applied so I took it to the stones and then finished with some uchi fingerstones. Not perfect but I was just looking for a nice working finish and I feel like I accomplished that.
