Not a knife this time but my Cuisinart French Classic pan after a spa treatment in the dishwasher. I had prepared a batch of Carrot, ginger, cashew soup.

Using the Hado B1 more again, surprised these don’t get more attention. Patina coming along smoothly if that makes sense (moderate reactivity)

Ya I have there Nakiri, it’s really special on how it cuts and gets a beautiful pantina really becoming one of my favorite knives. I also bought one of there sujihiki but unfortunately the tip is just to thin, it tipped on me after the first use, the tip is so thin it’s like foil, ok not quite that bad but you get my point.
